Retribution paladins are amazing support characters, with a variety of buffs, lay on hands, blessing of protection, salvation, and auras their contribution is huge to the raid overall performance. Their DPS is still mid-high tier, however, some of it might be sacrificed in order to support the raid.

Tips
Seal of Command is used for AOE, meanwhile Seal of Vengeance/Corruption is for single target.
If a tank is about to die and there doesn’t seem to be any heal incoming use lay on hands asap, same goes for a healer in trouble, DPS have the least priority.
Threatmeter should be checked at all times and Blessing of Salvation should be used asap on any target above 60% threat.
On Sindragosa Blessing of Freedom should be cast as soon she takes flight on the main tank to remove the movement slowing effect, same goes for other bosses with the same mechanic.
Blessing of Protection can be used to save a party/raid member in danger.
Use Art of War procs to save low health teammates in danger.
Judgement of light and wisdom should be changed as needed by the raid/party.
Retribution is an awesome class specialization, and it’s value on a raid will depend on how much of a team player the user can be.
