Spell power is the best stat for a holy priest, the spell power will increase the healing output of all spells.

Haste

Haste reduces the global cooldown by a small amount and increases the speed of the casts, after 1350 the cast time will be below the Global Cooldown, and there is no reason to add more, as the Global Cooldown will never go below 1 second.

Critical Strike

Critical Strike increases the chance to heal for double the initial amount.

Intellect

Intellect increases the mana pool and critical strike chance.

Spirit

Spirit increases mana regenerated, with 50% of this amount being even while casting, and with another 50% increase from spirit on a chance with [Holy Concentration].
