Resto druids are versatile healers, healing widespread raid damage by keeping heal over time spells on the raid. They have great utility, and the only healer with battle ress. During high movement phases the druid hots will prove specially effective to keep the tanks alive.

Spell power increases the amount of all the healing, from hots to direct casts, spell power is the best stat if the druid needs to cover more than one aspect, raid healing and tank healing, when blanketing spell power his still the best option has instant casts global cooldown can never go below one sec.

Haste

Haste reduces the global cooldown and increases the speed of the casts up to one second, the global cooldown is always one second, however, for instant casts, the cooldown is always one second, so haste impact is mostly for casts,  at 1300 haste [Celestial Focus] can be dropped for more healing.
