Where to start in early game

The following players can be hired right in Luca after the game: Jumal, Zev Ronso, Shaami, Biggs, Shuu and Wedge. Ropp can be hired in the Mi’ihen Highroad Al Bhed Store. Naida can only be hired in the Calm lands. For LF, Wedge will become the second best goalkeeper at end-game, so it’s good to level him up. The early game section is for people who want to have some fun with blitzball right away and can’t wait to get the airship, if you only want to play blitzball at the airship, get the best free agent team to start with. Miyu can be recruited in Moonflow and can replace Jumal as a Goalkeeper.

Best Blitzball team to get Wakka Overdrives and Jupiter Sigil

In order to obtain Wakka Attack Reels, Status Reels, Aurochs Reels and the Jupiter Sigil some conditions apply.

For Attack Reels there is no condition and the prize will appear in a Blitzball Tournament. For Status Reels the condition is 250 battles in total and will be the prize of a Blitzball League. The Auroch Reels requires a total of 450 battles and will appear in a tournament prize. Each overdrive will require the previous one to be unlocked to appear has a prize, being that the Jupiter Sigil will appear has a prize on a Blitzball League after all the overdrives are acquired.

In order to win all the overdrives and the sigil, the easier way is to save after each game Without seeing the prize. If it’s not the wanted prize, the game can be reset and checked until the prize is the one wanted. However, if checked and saved after, the prize won’t change again. The battle requirement might be a reason the wanted prize is not appearing.

All the items can be won when the average team level is around 30ish, for this average level the above team works great if the plan is to stop playing blitzball after.

Brother is the best MF, for early game he boosts great speed, defense and good SH, it’s worth the wait. Wedge starts with 17 SH which is quite high. Ropp and Naida will be able to defend well, plus Jumal comes with Super Goalie and is great for shorter runs. If Nimrook or Nav Guado become free agents, recruit them asap.
